First place in age group at 8k race! I am 52 years old and one of my favorite things to do is to run. Before Hannah became my coach, I couldn’t enjoy running like I had in the past. A couple of years ago, I started becoming plagued with injuries when running – plantar fasciitis, piriformis issues, knee issues. I was taking some time off from running to allow my body to heal, when I found Hannah. Hannah’s coaching has gotten my body into a place where I’m strong and injury free – I was recently able to run an 8K and won my age group!! I feel and look better than I did when I was younger!! Hannah is SO encouraging, responsive and knowledgeable!! She has designed my training plan and meal plan to meet my goals, and she’s constantly checking in to make sure I’m getting what I need and on the right path. I am SO glad I found her and I HIGHLY recommend her as a coach – you won’t regret it!!

When joining her team, Hannah welcomed me with excitement and kindness. Throughout my time with her, she was encouraging and pushed me toward my goals.
