Onboarding & Strategy
Once you've purchased your program below, I will reach out to you directly within 24 hours.
We will hop on a strategy call, if we haven't already.
Next, you will receive an invite to join my app, where we will complete your onboarding process. From here on, I'll be with you every step of the way!

Your Custom Plan
Based on our initial discussions, your training and nutrition plan will be delivered directly in the app. Along with your training plan, the app has macro tracking, meal plans, recipes, video demos, and is compatible with Apple Health, MyFitnessPal, and Withings. Your workouts & nutrition plans will be adjusted as needed based on your weekly check-ins with me for the duration of your plan.

Every week you will check-in through the app. I am there for you all other days of the week, this weekly check-in is just to keep you accountable and collect data for us to review progress, make adjustments, and celebrate the wins!
