My name is Hannah Ranfranz! I am a personal trainer, group exercise instructor, and an IFBB Professional Bikini Competitor & Olympian! I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Exercise & Health & a minor in Organizational Leadership & Supervision from Purdue University in West Lafayette. I love living an active lifestyle, running, biking, hiking, paddleboarding, rollerblading, or anything outdoors! I fell in love with health & fitness at a young age. I love that everyone at the gym has at least one thing in common. We are all trying to improve ourselves. Whether it is physically (building muscle, weight loss, improving endurance), mentally, or emotionally, we all have a common goal to improve our daily lives! It's you vs. you every day. There is no finish line in health & fitness. It is about loving the process on this never ending journey! I aspire to inspire all of those around me. My goal is to help others become the best version of themselves, inside & out, and to help them lead a happier, healthier life! Motivating others is what motivates me along my own journey. I am always creating new goals for myself so I can continue to learn and grow individually and as a trainer each and every day!

Hi! I am Shelby McCardell, a mom, personal trainer, and NPC Bikini competitor. I earned a bachelor’s degree in public health with a concentration in community health education and a minor in holistic health from Stockton University. My fitness journey began over 7 years ago, working out from my house with a set of dumbbells. The fitness industry has my heart and soul; I could not see myself anywhere else! Fitness to me means striving to be the best version of myself and having the chance to be better every single day. Helping others achieve their goals is my passion. I remember being scared to go to the gym, put on muscle or weight, not knowing where to start, and getting overwhelmed; I have always wanted to be the help that I needed, for others on their fitness journey.
