This is a balanced lifting split with 5 solid workouts and a core + cardio day each week. The program can be printed off to keep track of the weight you are lifting in the gym, along with a weekly recap. As a bonus, I send additional handouts to help guide your nutrition along the way, along with some other fun food ideas! :) You are more than welcome to send me your before & after photos to hold yourself accountable!
